There are a very large number of Credit Counseling Agencies and Management Agencies approved by the US Trustee.
Before you file a chapter 7 or 13 case you must take the class offered by an Approved Credit Counseling Agency and before your case is completed you must take a class offered by an Approved Management Agency.
